Photo Contest Official Rules
GENERALLY
Outdoor Bank is proud to announce a social media-based photo contest titled “What’s Your
Outdoors?” (“Contest”). What’s your Outdoors? is a brand awareness and engagement
campaign designed to raise Outdoor Bank's visibility in the communities we serve and beyond.
The Contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Contest,
each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and
understands that the results of the Contest, as determined by Outdoor Bank and its employees
and agents, are final in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in the
ineligibility of the participant. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and
regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, where not prohibited by law.
Persons under the age of 18 are eligible to participate but will be required to have a parent or
legal guardian present to claim the Prize. Outdoor Bank has the right to verify the eligibility of
each participant. Outdoor Bank employees, board members, and employees and principals of
Outdoor Bank affiliates, including immediate family members of the same and residents of their
households are not eligible to win. Determination of eligibility is within the sole discretion of
Outdoor Bank.
CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins upon the release of a social media post stating opening of the Contest on or
about Friday, May 17, 2024 at 2:00pm CST and will end upon the selection of a Winner as
described herein.

HOW TO WIN
Official submissions must meet the following criteria:
1. Post an original, outdoor-based image to facebook, instagram, or X (formally twitter)
2. Caption the photo using 200 characters or fewer.
3. Mention @outdoorbank and/or use the hashtag #myoutdoors (X and instagram). On Facebook, official entrants

4. Entrants must be a follower of Outdoor Bank on the social media platform they submit
from and follow all rules and guidelines of said social media platform.
One finalist will be selected each week for four weeks on or around Friday, 12:00 Noon CST by
Outdoor Bank staff. The four finalists will then be voted on by the public on social media in the
following week. Public voting will end on or around 12:00 Noon CST on Friday, June 21, 2024.
The picture and caption with the most votes (likes) will be declared the Winner.
Unoriginal, plagiarized, or trademark, copyright or patent infringed submissions may be
disqualified from consideration. Any lewd, lascivious, degrading, or offensive images or
captions including political or personal statements and attacks will be automatically disqualified
from consideration. Outdoor Bank reserves full discretion over the determination on whether
each participant and submission, including the publicly selected Winner, adheres to the
objective and criteria of the contest as explained in these Official Rules.
THE PRIZE
Subject to review and verification of the entrant and their submission’s eligibility, the Winner will
be presented with a $5,000 reward in an Outdoor Bank approved form of their choosing
(potential options may include cash, deposit, certified check, or application to any obligation
then currently existing at Outdoor Bank).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each participant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules. Additional
terms and conditions may apply as may be determined during the course of the Contest in
Outdoor Bank’s sole discretion. The expenses and costs to participate which are not specifically
listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with participating,
acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded Prize are solely the
responsibility of the respective contest Winner.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF
THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. OUTDOOR BANK MAY
BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT CERTAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM THE WINNER
FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE TAX OBLIGATIONS. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE SUCH
INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN THE INELIGIBILTY OF THE WINNER.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY,
RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS OUTDOOR BANK, IT’S PARENT, AFFILIATES,
SUBSIDIARIES, OWNERS, BOARD MEMBERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ANY
ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR
RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS
FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN
PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT PERSON’S PARTICIPATION IN THE
CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON.
OUTDOOR BANK AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND
THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND
AGENTS, DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE
CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. OUTDOOR BANK, IT’S

are solely the property of Outdoor Bank. By submitting, entrants agree to allow Outdoor Bank to
post and use any submissions for future marketing and promotional purposes. Each participant
grants Outdoor Bank permission to use his/her photo, name, likeness or comments for publicity
purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
